I'm usually not in love with a college QB but this guy looks amazing. What do you guys think?

I think he would suffer the same fate as Tony if we don't get a decent O-line and receivers who won't drop his passes.

If we could get him then you do it and don't think twice about it. This guy is an absolute stud. He's gonna be a great football player in the NFL.

I thought this guy tried to pad his stats because he threw for 90% in 3 of 4 games. This guy actually isn't afraid to throw the ball out of bounds if no one is open. He's a smart player. He doesn't force stuff, which is one of Tony's major flaws. I've never seen a college QB look so good. I'm sick of the RGIII comparisons by the media. They're nothing alike.

Well I think you and me know why they're compared.

I'm not gonna say why because I'll be labeled a racist.

Haha yea. I was reading some article that was like, "He's like a taller version of RGIII, but he isn't a run-first QB, and he has excellent pocket presence and amazing accuracy." So he's like RGIII but he doesn't do anything RGIII does?

His O-line is pretty awful too. Andrew Luck had one of the greatest O-lines in college football history his entire time in Stanford.

Andrew Luck is a better comparison. Pocket passer who is a great athlete.

Accurate just like Luck. Gonna end up on a god awful Raider team.

Want to know why NFL scouts like Geno Smith? That TD pass on end zone boundary to a diving Stedman Baily is a reason. WVU up 34-31.

Ridiculous throw from Geno Smith, and a great catch by Stedman Bailey in the back of the end zone. 34-31, Coonskin Caps.

Geno knows how to step up in that pocket, because most of the time the sides are crashing in.

Big big big throw by Geno Smith on that TD.

What a play by Geno Smith and Stedman Bailey, Smith stepped up to avoid the rush and Bailey hauled in a great catch for the TD.

He's this year's RG3, though possibly better in the pocket.

He's not this year's RGIII at all. He's more like this year's Andrew Luck.

He will go top 2 overall and a team will trade up for him like Arizona or KC. If we could get him I would and kit him behind romo until he is ready.

He'll be a good one but not worth selling the farm for. He's not really a scrambler so if we give up all these picks and put him behind this same OLine, he'll get roughed up back there.

I do see a lot of similarities to Romo though, when it comes to their throwing style/delivery. He looks like Romo throwing in the pocket with the quick motion...very good throwing it 10-15 yards down the middle

I think it because of the system they play in.......Luck was in a pro-style

I'd love to see Geno in Dallas, but it's not gonna happen, for lots of reasons.
